How do you remove fingernail polish from a wedding gown?

One of my bridesmaid waste fingernail polish all over my dress please help with removal.How do you remove fingernail polish from a wedding gown?
if the dress is white then clorox it. try the dry cleaners. or just buy a dress just like the one u have.How do you remove fingernail polish from a wedding gown?
what is the fabric made of? was the nailpolish smeared or just a blop? is it still wet/recent?

Nail Polish - Always read and follow the care instructions and any warnings on the garment label. And, follow these General Rules for stain removal.





* For stains from nail polish, apply nail polish remover to the back of the stain while laying the fabric on white absorbent towels. Replace towels frequently.





* Then rinse and launder.





* Never use nail polish remover on acetate, triacetate or modacrylic, as they will dissolve. Take these fabrics to the dry cleaner.
I could take it to the cleaners for them to decide..After all the money spent on a dress like that you don't want it ruined by what people may suggest here
