Just trying to find out if they even make this in the first place, and where can i find it if they do...Online stores or department stores? Novelty shops?Is there a clear fingernail polish that glows under a blacklight?
Actually, hot topic sells it and it works great.
I wore it to a rave once where there was only blacklights and my fingernails looked so cool :)
