You have to go to a doctor. It is a minor procedure, and your problem should be solved in no time. Don't delay - pus means infection, and it could cause complications if you don't get it treated immediately.
clip it close to the end and pull it back, where you are pulling off the hang nail it will heal now.

Soak in peroxide and/or alcohol then get yourself to your doctor. Infections in this area are hard to treat because of all the bacteria and stuff you get under your nails. He will give you a loacl pain killer and then take plyers and pull off your nail. It will grow back and he will tell you how to prevent it from coming back.
Try vinegar soaks. If doesnt help and is infected, see foot doctor to take it out.
