Sorry, don't know!!!
You will likely have to stick with the nail polish remover. Using it on a cotton swab, very patiently dab it on the polish, then using a small sharp knife or a large needle scrape away at the edges until you losen the nail polish. DON'T cut through the fabric...just shave the dried polish off the fabric. Keep working in tiny sections a bit at a time, and it should mostly come off. The remover can damage some types of fabric so use it sparingly and gently.
Microfiber furniture will commonly come with a tag that has one of the special microfiber codes that tell you how to clean it. The tags will say, W, S, S-W, or X.

W means you can use water based cleaning solution.

S means you have to use a ';solvent'; based cleaner

S-W means you can use S or W type cleaners

If you have furniture with a W tag, then good for you, you probably don't need this website. Personally, my sofas do not have any tags, and the most common problems I've seen are from people who use water to clean their sofa. They end up with water rings, which is NOT what you want from your probably expensive purchase!

Microfiber is sometimes called Microsuede or Micro Suede

Check your label Do Not use Nail Polish Remover, becaus mico fiber, could be ruined
