Use a Q-tip and nail polish remover or mineral spirits and dab at the spots. Dab lightly and use several swabs. Try not to soak the swabs to much. When you have removed all the spots wait a couple minutes until everything dries. Then clean the table with a clean cloth and a mild cleanser. If the polish remover or spirits caused spotting in the varnish, you may have to revarnish the table. Hopefully, if you dabbed lightly enough and did not soak the swabs, there will not be any spots. How to get fingernail polish off of a varnished table top?
