Turn off the water to the toilet at the valve behind the tank. Flush all the water out of the tank and use a plunger to empty the bowl. Now use acetone or nail polish remover to get the polish off.

If your toilet has a shut-off valve in the back, turn the water off to the toilet. then, using a wet dry vac, suck all the water out of the bowl. Then dry it with an old cloth. Now you can use the pollish remover. Hope this works for you. Isnt it fun raising kids? Just think..when your 6 yr old is married with kids, you will have a great story to tell your grandkids. Smile, it could have been worse.........it could be on your favorite piece of furniture or on the tv.....my sister's little boys painted her tv, couch, stereo, etc. while she was napping after wroking hard at painting walls by herself. Now they are grown.....i should remind them of what they did. Neither boy has children though....lol.
Goof Off and also Goo Gone are stronger than nail polish remover and will remove it. You can buy it at a home center and probably WalMart. You dip the water out of the bowl.
Try a pumice stone for toilets.It is sold in the cleaning section .

get vinger and let it set over night i clean my stove and all the burnt came off
