I spilled fingernail polish remover on my new wooden table and it gave it a texture how do fix it?

It's a brand new wooden table and it spilled through the towel and it has a white textured feeling to it and I need to know how to get rid of it without refurnishing...I spilled fingernail polish remover on my new wooden table and it gave it a texture how do fix it?
Your new table is almost certainly finished with lacquer, an acetone-based varnish. The acetone in your nail polish has softened the lacquer and the texture of the towel did the rest.

To repair: tightly mask the edges of the table with 2'; masking tape. Using the least possible amount, soften the remaining lacquer on the tabletop with acetone and scrape it off with a

1 1/2 inch putty knife, scraping from the outside edge toward the center. When finished, wipe the top clean and let it dry overnight. Smoothly apply 2 coats of Urethane high gloss finish with a good quality brush (fine bristles). Apply the Urethane very smoothly to avoid air bubbles.

You will have a better, more durable finish on your tabletop that will now withstand most mishaps.

Clean the spotted or scratched area with a rag dabbed with mineral spirits (low-odor paint thinner available at paint stores) to remove dust, dirt and debris.

Pour furniture oil such as Danish oil on very fine steel wool until saturated.

Going with the grain, gently rub the steel wool on the scratched or spotted area. Keep the steel wool well oiled. To prevent surface damage, always scrub gently and carefully when using steel wool on wood.

Continue gently scrubbing until the blight is removed, taking care not to mar the wood underneath the finish.

Dust away fine powder with a tack cloth or rag Apply stain, paint or other finish as needed i had one of my kids do this same thing to a night stand years ago and this did the trick
It feels like that because the nailpolish remover took off the varnish. The only way to fix it is to sand the table and repaint/revarnish.
Sorry, but I think you're pooched. You have to refinish.
polish it
