omg! i have the same problem i'm pretty sure it's called bitex,


well i have been biting my nails for like 2yrs and i hate it to especially when i want to put nail polish on them and it gets on my skin!


Last november one day I just stopped biting every nail except for my pinkie nail and now i luvvv my nails!! except for my pinkie (ha ha) but i am not in the Habit of biting it very much
